Work Conditions for Dancers and  Hostesses

The work encompasses a dance show and consumation of beverages. These are required of all the girls. This is not about erotic services! Consumation of beverages here specifically refers to the girls, either alone or accompanied by a waiter, coming to talk to the visitor, or using other instruments such as conversation or dancing, with the aim to make the visitor buy her as many drinks as possible. The time limit for drinking each beverage is about 10-15 minutes. Only nonalcoholic drinks are consumed. If a girl is without a client for the time being, she can dance just for fun in order to improve the ambiance of the room. The maximum amount of dance shows per night is 3.

Pay conditions:

Topless dancers – a  fixed wage of EUR 70, for dancers with knowledge of Greek 80 Euro

- 1 table dance 5€ (topless one song)

Go Go dancers, belly dancers, and beverage hostesses:

- a  daily wage of EUR 50

There's a EUR 2 commission per drink, starting with the 8th drink received (first 7 drinks are out of tip). The time limit for drinking each drink is about 10 minutes. Bottle  champagne 30€.

1 day per week all girls work without fix salary bud get 50% from all incoming drinks,tables and bottles.

Both the wages and the commission are paid daily after the work

Working hours:

The club is open daily from 9.00 pm to 5.00 am . On weekends and holidays the club is open till 6.00 am.

1 day off per week is permissible once arranged with the management (must be a weekday)

Clothing

The choice of the dress for the dance show is for each individual dancer to make. The clothing must be  enticing, sexy and super mini (underwear, skirts and tops). Denim clothing is forbidden, just as are long skirts and pants. The evening shoes are for the dancer to chose, but they must be high-heels. The girl must always be nicely attired, combed, and with her make-up on.

Accommodation

Lodging is provided in nice hotel 5 minutes by walk from the club. The hotel is in central square 2 girls per room, shower,TV,air condition, fridge and wifi internet.The girls are to contribute EUR 5 a day for their accommodation. 

Traveling

The flight ticket or bus ticket must have Athens as its destination. Transportation from there is provided free of charge. It is up to the girls to pay for their traveling tickets home.

Documents

The minimum working period is 1 month (prolongation is possible after mutual agreement). Once the girls arrive, all the necessary work documents for them will be issued during the first week of their stay. Items required for these documents are: a passport or an ID, 4 small passport size photographs and the amount of EUR 50 (can be paid on the spot).

Requirements on applicants

- 18-30 years of age

- working knowledge of English on a communicational level or basics of Greek

- likable appearance

- the ability to communicate with people

- previous experience is an advantage but it is not necessary; beginners are welcome
